How Can I get a Renewal Payment Refund?

As per our refund policy described in our Terms and Conditions, which every customer agrees to upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for renewal payments.

We always send out an email reminder 2 weeks before any upcoming renewal payment to provide ample time for changes to a subscription. If you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do so by logging into your account, using your email address as your username. Once logged in, you can also change the license to a different email address/customer if you’d like for future notifications by editing your customer profile.
