How Do I Create a Form with Only 1 MemberPress Level as an Option?

A few people have asked how to setup a Gravity Forms form that adds a user to only 1 level (vs. providing multiple level options). In this video, we show you exactly how using our plugin Member Press.

Video Overview

Step by Step Process

  1. Set up your form. Make sure to add your Product field for the single Membership level you want to sell. Please take note, that you cannot use the field type “Single Product” — it should always be Radio Button or Drop Down.

2. Insert the MemberPress levels you have created by clicking the Bulk Add/Predefined Choices.

After clicking on the Bulk Add button, a new box will pop up, scroll down to MemberPress and click on Insert Choices; this will automatically add the memberships you have created to your Product field.

3. If you have created more than one membership on MemberPress, simply remove the memberships you do not want to be selected in this form by clicking the “delete or minus” button.

4. Set the price of the membership and make sure that the membership is enabled; that way it when your customer fills out your form, it will be selected by default and prevent your customer from encountering any check out issue.

That’s it, you can now proceed with saving your form.
