Setting Up Gravity Registration Form to Accept Offline Payment

Gravity Forms doesn’t have an official “offline payment” option, but you can configure your form to act more like an offline payment system. To do that, simply follow the steps below:

NOTE: If you are setting this form with Gravity Press, you will have to use the Pro/Developer license and make sure that offline payment is enabled in Gravity Forms settings.
  • In your Gravity checkout form, you’d want to have a radio-button field with the options: Stripe or PayPal (depending on what payment gateways you’re using for your form)| Offline Payment
  • The next important step you need to do is go into your PayPal/Stripe feed/s on that form and setup a condition so that it only works if the user selects “PayPal/Stripe” on the radio-button field described above, that way Stripe/PayPal won’t try to work when the user selects Offline Payment.

  • After that, you’ll want to follow our guide here for how to enable admin approval upon receipt of the offline payment.
