Problem: Items on the registration form created with Gravity Forms are not showing up in the user’s MemberPress account. This usually happens when the information that a customer intends to bring over to the user’s MemberPress profile are from drop-down, radio button and checkbox fields.
Using our Gravity Press plugin, additional information from Gravity Forms submission can be brought over to MemberPress profile by utilizing Gravity Forms User Registration add-on and following this article. However, there is a limit to this as it seems that the User Registration add-on only carries over information from plain text fields.
