If you need to cancel a notification from being sent, simply go to the Delayed Notification Screen. You can find this screen on your WordPress admin dashboard by going to Forms → Delayed Notifications.
You will be taken to this screen where you can see all the emails that are scheduled to go out, their repeat type and their delay time.
You can cancel any scheduled notification by simply selecting the notification you want to revoke and then clicking on delete.
